That means everything from the creation of impressions to the whitening is all done on your own time at home. First, they send you the kit (above) to create your impressions with simple detailed instructions so that it’s done correctly.

I whitened my teeth for about a week – 45 minutes to an hour each time, although you can whiten longer if you wish. I was able to get about 4 whitens from one syringe.
Typically, I would whiten after dinner, relaxing and watching TV or while getting ready to go out on the weekend. This was so nice to be able to get professional strength whitening on my own time.
There is also a desensitizing gel to put on after whitening, which really helped with any sensitivity.
